Meet Lucero Camacho!
The Salvation Army is fortunate to have Lucero Camacho as our Development Administrative Assistant. The first you notice about Lucero is the smile, joy, and the love of Christ that she radiates.
Since age two, Lucero grew up in the Santa Ana Corps, where she became a believer and loves to express her faith through music. With her dad as a musician, she remembers doing chores with her five sisters. Her father would put on instrumental music and she and her sisters would sing and harmonize while doing their household chores. Since her youth, she was a worship leader and believes she has a heart to lead people to worship God.
As the Development Administrative Assistant, she helps the development team in anything they need: big or small. She loves the working environment and the people: the staff, the donors, and the Salvation Army clients. As part of her job, she works with the marketing department and donor issues. Her co-workers report she is a dream to work with and can be trusted to do any job happily.
She says, “I have been a Believer since I was a child. I express my faith in doing the most good.
