Orange County’s event of the year
It’s early, I know, but you don’t want to miss The Salvation Army’s Night for Others Gala. Mark your calendar for Friday, December 8th, and we’ll meet up at the Balboa Bay Club for a fabulous night of celebration and inspiration.
Take it from me—it’s the social highlight of the Christmas season and the proceeds will again benefit the Center of Hope whose ribbon-cutting ceremony is coming in October.
I’ve attended the Night for Others for the past two years, and it is a fun and beautiful event. I’ve had a lot of rubber chicken and wrinkled peas at hotel events in my career, but the food at the Balboa Bay Club is absolutely delicious and the room is beautiful. Plus, special guest Howie Mandel will entertain us with his humor and comedy.
But most importantly, you will be filled with love for the work of The Salvation Army and the spirit of Christmas.
Finally, a special treat… You will enjoy meeting our new leaders, Majors Ken and Jenni Perine. They are an inspiration and we are blessed that they have given their lives to Christ and the work of The Salvation Army.
