-Assists Family Services staff with registration for Christmas programs such as Angel Tree and Senior Gift distribution

-Greets clients and reviews client paperwork to determine eligibility for programs

-Answers/returns phone calls and voicemails regarding Christmas programs, providing clients with accurate information about eligibility criteria

-Maintains confidentiality of all client information

-If comfortable, performs basic data entry into Bridges and Others software

-Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged but not required

-Volunteers must be able to attend an orientation and training prior to serving
